This Privacy Policy explains what information ScholaCore collects and how it is used, for academy administrators ("you") and the student records you maintain in the Service.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your academy name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text). Records you enter: student names, contact details, guardian details, course and fee information, and payment history.

2. How we use information

We use this information solely to operate the Service for you: to authenticate your account, display your academy's records back to you, generate receipts, and provide support when requested.

3. Data isolation

Each academy's data is scoped to that academy's account. Academies cannot see other academies' students, courses, or payment records.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data or your students' data. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and payment processing), bound by confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data through our contact page.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including password hashing and access controls, to protect the data stored in the Service.

7. Your choices

You control what information is entered about students and guardians. You can edit or remove student and payment records directly from your dashboard at any time.
